Thank you for choosing to shop with LEVORR! Every piece of our jewelry is handmade with Love & Positive Energy. Our jewelry is created to be sentimental and to those who wear it to have a feeling of empowerment. Our jewelry consists of Crystals, Seashells, Healing Stones, Glass Beads, Freshwater Pearls & more. All items are made with the highest quality materials.
LEVORR RETURN POLICY:
At LEVORR, we stand behind the quality of each of our customized pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your non-customized purchase, there is a 14-day return policy for exchanges or store credit only, no refunds will be given. All items being returned must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
All customized items are considered final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
All returns must be authorized via email by sending a request to shop@levorr.com. The item must be in original, unused and undamaged condition. We are not responsible for any shipping and handling fees; it is the client's responsibility. We take no responsibility in returns of overseas items, and if needed to be returned, it is the customer's responsibility to handle all the fees. Store credit and/or exchanges are only valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
LEVORR CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
To clean our jewelry, we recommend using a cotton cloth and lightly buff around the surface. DO NOT DIP any jewelry in any cleaning solution; it can defect the item and automatically voids the 14 day return policy. We also recommend taking off all jewelry before showering, swimming, sunbathing, and working out. Keep in mind to also avoid spraying perfumes, deodorants or other substances on any of our creations to prevent tarnishing.
